Fred Covely – President, Chief Technology Officer – Fred has been involved in all aspects of software product and company development for many years. Fred has developed many commercial products including embedded devices, medical products, networking management software, banking, and insurance software and numerous Android and iPhone/iPad mobile applications. More recently Fred has focused on security and fraud prevention using ‘big data’ techniques in cloud based systems.
William Bossung – Director, Co-Founder – William Bossung has served as Secretary, Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors since Grey Cloak’s inception. Bossung has an outstanding track record as a founder and developer of several successful software companies. Bringing a diverse background in Corporate Finance, Insurance and Accounting, Bossung was a founder (along with the company’s President, Fred Covely) of BCF Technology, an insurance software company that was ultimately sold to Vertafore. Bossung currently holds an Insurance License in various states and has a degree in accounting and finance.
Tina Mulqueen – Chief Marketing Officer – Tina Mulqueen, former VP of Corporate Communications for 21st Century Pictures Group, is a thought-leader in digital marketing and public relations. Mulqueen leads the influencer marketing initiatives at Grey Cloak Tech.
